If meditating is listening to the voice within, then I would say ....actually my cousin told me....that I do mediatate. Else I wouldn't get the messages I have gotten, some of which I have posted to share with others.
But to me it's just an on going conservation with my guides. They tell me something, I write it down.

I meditate every night. But I constantly talk to god. Not loud but in silence.
